Beautiful hand knotted necklace with labradorite beads and a large rock crystal tip. There is a knot between each pearl. Similar necklaces are often used as rosaries during meditation.
The pearls are about 5-8 mm in size. The tip of rock crystal approx. 2-2.5 cm * 5 cm large.
The necklace is approx. 62-65 cm long excluding the rock crystal.
Rock crystal comes from the Greek word "krystallos" (ice, ice cold), because according to old beliefs, rock crystal was frozen ice that could not thaw.

Labradorite is a feldspar mineral. It has a labradorescence which is the meaning behind its name. The crystals come in colors from purple to grey-blue, green, yellow and brown. The mineral has a pearlescent luster and some specimens have a shimmer effect. Labradorite conveys courage and mystery.
