Blomstersvärd is a necklace that combines both soft and hard, strong and weak just like life itself. The large stone of green aventurine is shaped like a sword. The stone is set in an antique silver colored pendant with winding stems and leaves as well as a small amethyst and a small opal like flower buds. The stone of green aventurine is about 48 mm * 15 mm * 5 mm. The pendant hangs from a black waxed textile cord that looks like leather. The cord is approx. 44 cm long + approx. 5 cm extension. The cord is 2 mm wide.
Green aventurine is said to bring strength, confidence, courage, luck and happiness. It renews one's optimism for life and drives us to take action to obtain what we want in this world. This stone encourages one to get out of their comfort zone and see new possibilities.
Amethyst is the purple variety of quartz. Amethyst gets its name from the Greek word amethusthos meaning "not drunk". Amethyst has for centuries been considered useful for preventing drunkenness and excess, which is why ancient Greeks wore amethyst and carved drinking vessels from it. Amethyst is also said to be good against stress and bring calmness. Amethyst is the month stone for February.
Opalite is a stone made by man and it resembles opal. Opal shimmers in blue and orange depending on the angle and light. Most often, glass and/or resin is used to make opal.
Although opal is man-made, like real crystals, it can be associated with properties. It is considered to represent youthful optimism, playfulness and resilience. Blue and white, the two primary colors often found in opal, are associated with peace, tranquility and purity.
Material necklace: antique silver-colored metal and waxed textile cord
The pendant is also available with stones made of rose quartz, blue sandstone and with tiger's eye.
